REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Goods sold are not refundable!
Return & Exchange policy only applicable if you receive damaged or incorrect items.
Please send us an email at [email protected] in within 48 hours upon receiving your package with the following details:
1. Order number & Receipts
2. Name & Mobile number
3. Photos or video of the damaged/defective item(s)
You may be required to return the damaged/incorrect item(s). The returned item(s) must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition as you received it. You will receive a confirmation email during our working hours Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Return process will take around 5-7 working days upon email or whatsapp confirmation.
IMPORTANT NOTES
• Any returning request after 2 days of receiving the goods will not be entertained.
• Returned item(s) must reach our premises in within a week from the day you inform us the delivery date of the parcel.
• If customer receives a damaged item and request for a different design or color as the replacement goods, the return and replacement shipping fee will be fully borne by customer.
• Please take note that all measurements, colour shown are for reference purposes only. Sometimes stocks might have slightly different in 1-3cm, and the colour shown on different type of monitors may have slightly different. Goods are strictly not returnable in this condition.
We reserve the full rights to reject any returned goods which is not meeting the stipulated Return & Exchange Policy.
